We busted some balls over what he’d spend $30 million on if he won Lotto this weekend, how the council plans on cleaning up the Avon river and whether they would consider planting vegetables in those small dirt patches in town instead of poppies. And today is World Food Day, which is actually organised by the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations so we had a chat with Neil Fraser who leads the team at MAF International Policy. He has just returned from a conference in Rome where they were discussing the themes of World Food Day this year – food security, climate change and biofuels.
